Trainer Information

Forms and information for trainers is available here.

• A Training Plan is required for every enrolment a Trainee makes.  A Training Plan template is available under Trainer Forms.
• A Course Assessment Form is provided to each Trainee to gather feedback on the course.
• The Assessment Summary Report Form allows you the Assessor to supply the trainee with a report on the outcomes of assessment.  This form is paper based and supplied to the Assessor by WHS.

Virtual University Information

• The Virtual University Enrolment Process document provides a step by step guide to enrolment and login for students enrolling in and studying through the Virtual University.
• The Virtual University System User Processes document provides a step by step guide for Trainers/Assessors on how to view and work with Trainee Records within the Virtual University.
